In 6 weeks your Pull-Up can be stronger than EVER. Will it?
The purpose of this program is to get better at Pull-Ups & increase your pulling strength, whether that's achieving your first, being able to do more repetitions or working towards harder variations.
This is not a "get a Pull-Up in 6 weeks" program, it's more than that. It's an educational process where you learn how to continuously get stronger, so you can continue yourself well past the 6 week mark.
The program includes;
- 6 weeks of programming.
- Instructions on how to make the program fit your life & schedule.
- Instructional videos for every exercise & movement.
- Learning how to continue to get stronger long after the course ends.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to get stronger at Pull-Ups & gain pulling strength. If you practice a sport which require pulling strength (crossfit, climbing, rowing, swimming etc..), this is for you. If you want to get stronger for life, this is for you.. If you just want to do cool shit, this is definitely for you.. 😝
None of the following people could do a Chin-Up before the program, and the videos were recorded at the end of week 6.
What equipment do I need?
A pair of Gymnastic Rings and/or a Pull-Up bar. An exercise band would also be preferred, although not necessary.
How many times per week is the program?
The program will be easily adaptable so you can fit it into your schedule, and I will help you do so. 2-3 sessions each week will be preferred. One session lasts around 30-45min.
I can't even do one Pull-Up, can I do this program?
YESS! In fact, I'd say you are best suited if you can currently do between 0 & 5 Pull-Ups, but you will increase your pulling strength regardless of your current level!
