Access to a private Instagram group (with fellow ‘Helixers’).
Program tailored towards achieving ‘the Helix’ which will be updated weekly based on the groups level & progress. This will include overall hip mobility (internal, external rotation), knee & ankle prep as-well as ’Helix progressions’ I’ve used for myself & others to safely & effectively progress towards the full Helix.
Every exercise & drill in the program will have an instructional video breaking down the movement.
The program(s) is yours forever.
In the (Instagram) group I will be available to give feedback to your videos, answer questions, motivate & generally nerd out about the Helix.
The only equipment you’ll need is a resistance band (the rest we can get creative with).
You can easily add this routine to whatever program you’re currently working on (& I’d be happy to help you with it).
